To make a referral, simply email us the patient's name, phone number, and a brief reason for referral.

Grateful Insights uses a HIPAA-supporting Google Workspace environment with a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place with Google. Referral information is protected using encryption safeguards during transmission.
