Stress, anxiety, and depression can feel overwhelming — but you don’t have to face them alone. I am specially trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for insomnia, depression, chronic pain, and health-related challenges.


What is CBT?

CBT helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with healthier, more balanced perspectives. It also focuses on behavior change — helping you take small, practical steps that reduce symptoms and improve daily life.
