I offer individual counseling for adults who may be experiencing life changes, trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or other mental health concerns.
Some of the evidence-based therapies I provide include Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Chronic Pain, Depression, Anxiety, and Insomnia, and Gottman Method for affairs and trauma.
My therapeutic approach is centered around an individual’s right to self-determination and the belief that each one of us has inherent strengths. I see my role as a therapist as being a guide to elicit those personal strengths and build resilience and supports as people navigate inevitable life transitions and challenges.
